     India Gooden's early years were marked by a unique blend of experiences that laid the foundation for her remarkable journey. Born in Germany, she embarked on her educational path with a twist, entering virtual school during middle school. This decision, though unconventional at the time, proved to be a pivotal one. It allowed her to seize opportunities and take on the responsibilities of not just being a diligent student but also a dedicated worker. Juggling two jobs while diligently completing her schoolwork during the late hours of the night, India honed her time management skills and work ethic. Little did she know that this early balancing act would yield incredible dividends in her future, endowing her with a formidable resume at a remarkably young age.

     India Gooden is a resilient victor who has triumphed over physical, mental, and emotional domestic violence. Her journey has been one of remarkable strength and determination, overcoming adversities that most couldn't fathom. India's story is a testament to the power of the human spirit to endure and rise above life's challenges. In her darkest hours, India faced unimaginable abuse, enduring physical assaults, degradation, and homelessness. She vividly recalls driving long distances just for the simple luxury of a warm shower, highlighting a depth of her struggle. Despite facing incarceration multiple times, none of the charges stuck, reflecting her resilience and the unwavering belief in her ability to turn her life around. Her journey through adversity was punctuated by moments that would shatter most spirits. Yet, she pressed on.

     Just when she thought the storm had passed, fate dealt her another devastating blow. When her daughter was only 10 days old, tragedy struck with the sudden and tragic loss of her daughter's father. What should have been a joyous chapter in her life became a haunting nightmare. However, India did not succumb to despair. She turned inward, finding the strength within herself to heal without the aid of counseling, therapy, or medication. Her resilience and determination knew no bounds. She turned her pain into purpose and transformed her life.

   

     India's first professional role saw her working alongside her parents in their church as a secretary. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the world of administration. She mastered the art of crafting eye-catching flyers and brochures, learned the intricacies of auditing, and became proficient in data inputs and organization. These skills not only helped her contribute to the church community but also laid the groundwork for her future career endeavors.  India’s resume is adorned with impressive experience that showcases her extensive professional journey, enriched by roles in renowned Fortune 500 companies like Navy Federal and Mastec. Additionally, she has gleaned invaluable insights from her time working with major corporations such as Dillard's, Sears, and FPL (NextEra Energy) providing her with a mosaic of awareness on what to do and what to avoid. She has also traveled over six states, working in different cities each day. During this time she independently led and trained new teams daily, while directing various projects. Her diverse and firsthand experience in navigating the inner workings of these industry giants is a testament to her deep understanding of the operational intricacies across various business sectors. While some emphasize the importance of longevity, she champions the notion that diversity of experience offers a wealth of invaluable knowledge and wisdom.
